Requirement profile:

• Technical basic training with business administration further education at HF or FH level
• Several years of experience in strategic purchasing within an engineering or manufacturing environment as well as a good understanding of modern supply chain concepts
• Strong IT and data affinity as well as experience in project management
• Strong negotiating, assertive and analytical personality with high initiative
• Business fluent German and English skills as well as enjoyment of working in an international environment

Tasks:

• Development and implementation of future-oriented procurement and product group strategies to ensure a sustainable and competitive supply chain
• Building, developing and managing an international supplier network with a focus on innovation, quality and performance
• Preparation and conduct of international price, contract and condition negotiations considering the Total Cost of Ownership
• Identification and integration of new technologies and procurement solutions in close cooperation with R&D
• Execution of data analyses as well as development of key figures, reports and dashboards as a basis for strategic decisions
• Management of optimization and transformation projects to increase cost, quality and performance along the supply chain
• Responsibility for the project-related procurement of prototypes and new developments as well as participation in and leadership of cross-functional projects
