Healthcare Specialist 60-100%

For a retirement center in Zürich we are looking for a healthcare specialist 80-100% per sofort or by arrangement, who contributes to a high quality of life for our residents with commitment, expertise and empathy.

Tasks:

• Care & support of the residents according to nursing guidelines
• Professionally apply medications & medical techniques
• Maintain nursing documentation & nursing needs in CareCoach / RAI
• Take on daily responsibility & coach the team
• Professionally handle the concerns of the residents and relatives
• Participate in quality management & in the training of apprentices

Profile:

• Training FaGe EFZ
• Enjoyment of long-term care & daily responsibility
• Team spirit, organizational talent & heart for people
• Very good German skills
