Construction Manager (w/m/d)

Tasks:

• Overall responsibility for the planning, coordination and implementation of construction projects in the plant and industrial sector
• Management of all project phases (pre-project to handover)
• Ensuring compliance with deadlines, cost budgets and quality standards
• Creation and monitoring of project plans and milestones
• Ensuring a transparent flow of information

Profile:

• Completed studies as a civil engineer (FH/ETH/TU) with further training in the areas of construction management, project management
• Experience in the area of industrial plants
• Many years of professional experience in construction project management
• Experience in the execution of industrial projects and large-scale projects
• Experience with project management methods and tools
• Knowledge of contract, supplemental and procurement law
