June 2026 or by arrangement, a Restaurationsfachangestellte / Restaurationsfachangestellter EFZ 60%   Your tasks • Co-responsibility for competent service (pension and à la carte service as well as banquets, events) • Proactive knowing, advising and selling of the gastronomic offering • Preparation of the mise en place • Co-responsibility for efficient inventory management • Compliance with hygiene regulations and the HACCP concept incl. various cleaning works • Proper and professional organization of work within the service team • Cash collection incl. daily closing Your profile • Training as a Restaurationsfachperson EFZ, Servicefachangestellte / Servicefachangestellter EFZ • Readiness for shifts on weekends, events and caterings • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Enjoyment of versatile challenges • Good German skills in speaking and writing Why Tertianum?
