In the beautiful Seefeld, we are looking for a flexible and committed telephone operator for a long-term employment relationship, starting immediately or by arrangement,
20 - 40% plus holiday substitution (no telephone sales)
to strengthen our motivated team.
Your tasks
As a telephone operator, you are the calling card for our customers and convince with your cheerful and charming manner. In this hub function, you process incoming calls professionally and support our customers as well as our team.
Your profile
We are looking for a resilient, proactive and flexible personality with a good dose of humor
You value high quality, discretion and are used to working independently
speak Swiss German and English (French skills an advantage)
have good MS Office user knowledge
enjoy working in a team as well as independently, remain calm in hectic times
are team-oriented and take over holiday substitution as well as assignments for cases of illness
convince with reliability, punctuality and have a quick grasp
We offer you a responsible and interesting task with plenty of room for initiative in a social environment with great female colleagues. You work in a private office on your fixed working days.
Home office is not possible.
Permanent employment at an hourly wage from CHF 30.00/hr. Gross.
