Do you have excellent knowledge of the English language and are you available to travel? If yes, this offer could be for you! Responsibilities • Technical assistance to the customer and rapid and effective resolution of problems remotely • Documentation and recording of support activities • Collaboration with R&D and engineering teams for problem solving • Management of spare parts orders and related shipping • Customer support in the correct use and maintenance of products • Analysis of recurring problems with a view to improvement • Maintaining solid relationships with customers and building a relationship of trust to guarantee their satisfaction • Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards Your profile • Technical training in electrical or electronic engineering • Previous experience in the power electronics and UPS/inverter systems sector • Experience in a customer technical assistance role • Ability to use measuring instruments (oscilloscope, multimeter, -) • Excellent knowledge of the English language (at least certified B2 level); knowledge of German will be a plus • Ability to read technical documentation and electrical diagrams • Availability to travel • Excellent problem-solving skills • Effective communication and stress management • Autonomy and ability to manage priorities • Customer-oriented mentality • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills Benefits • Remuneration commensurate with experience • High degree of autonomy and trust • Inclusive and dynamic work environment • Parking • Attention to employee well-being Contact Interested?
