Responsibilities:

• Provide efficient and professional service in restaurants and bars
• Assist with setup, taking orders and service delivery
• Support students in the development of their service skills during training
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
• Participate in service innovation and special events
• Report operational needs to supervisors or managers
• Control daily production, manage quantities

Profile and experiences:

• Professional diploma in hospitality or service preferred
• Training in food & beverage service or bartending is an advantage
• 1 to 3 years of experience in food & beverage service
• Previous experience in high-end or gastronomic environments preferred
• Knowledge of basic service standards in restaurant and bar
• Proficiency in English, French is a plus
