In one of the most modern mail centers in Switzerland, you will make an important contribution to the reliable, efficient, and high-quality processing of international letter and small goods shipments. With you, we not only lead shipments successfully to their destination, but also lead our employees to success together.  -  What you can achieve  • Together with your deputy, you will lead a team of around 20 employees technically and personally and ensure efficient and economical personnel deployment.  • Your area of responsibility in import includes the receipt, preparation, and forwarding of the Tracking Produkte (registered shipments) as well as the processing of small goods.-  • You bear the responsibility for achieving performance, quality, and productivity KPIs in your area.  • In operational operations and leadership matters, you work closely with the Materialflussmanager:innen and the operations management.  • With your organizational strength and your communicative manner, you motivate your team to peak performance and simultaneously ensure consistent compliance with safety regulations.  • You actively support your employees in their professional and personal development, thereby strengthening the long-term bond to the company.    What you bring with you  • A completed basic education, preferably in the logistics industry (e.g., Logistiker:in EFZ), forms the basis for this exciting function.  • You have leadership experience, ideally in a logistical or production-related environment, and promote employees through your motivating and appreciative leadership.  • You have completed further training at the level of eidg. Fachausweis (e.g., Führungsfachfrau/Führungsfachmann) or are willing to complete this promptly.  • As a committed leader, you promote a positive team culture, motivate employees to peak performance, and always act in a customer-oriented manner with a high quality standard.  • You have good physical fitness and manage the working hours from 06.15 to 15.09 and from 13.15 to 22.24 without problems. Assignments on Sundays are also not a problem for you.  • Good German skills in speaking and writing, in-depth MS-Office knowledge, and a certain IT affinity round off your profile.
