-Between gentle hills, where nature is just as colorful as each one of us - here, adults with autism find a place where they can grow without climbing the mountain of challenge alone.- Social Pedagogue / Social Pedagogue / Specialist in Care Four residents* from very young to middle adulthood cope with their daily lives with intensive challenges that come with living with pronounced autism and additional cognitive impairment. They offer them the chance to strengthen trust in themselves and their environment and to discover their self-efficacy in a fulfilling way. Together with two other colleagues per day, you accompany them - from support with self-care, through kitchen and household, to work in the garden and workshop. You work a lot in individually accompanied, methodically structured situations.
