Heating Installer with construction management tasks

Your tasks

• Organization, coordination and monitoring of assembly activities on the construction sites
• Provision of material as well as work equipment and tools
• Ensuring and adhering to deadlines, costs and quality standards
• Leading the fitters and first point of contact on the construction site
• Interface between construction site and office (project manager, construction manager, subcontractor etc.)
• Responsible for occupational safety and health protection on the construction sites

Your profile

• Completed training as Heizungsinstallateur EFZ
• Corresponding additional training desirable (Suissetec-Baustellenleiter, Chefmonteur)
• Professional experience in a corresponding function
• Good communication with customers, clients and other contact persons on and around the construction site
• Reliable, flexible and resilient personality
• Independent, clean and exact way of working
• PC user knowledge (MS-Office products)
• Driver's license Kat. B
