By professionally leading customer projects with a focus on quality, costs and deadlines, you will contribute significantly to the success of the company!

• In this key pivot role, you plan, manage and control order processing from order intake to the expiration of the warranty period.
• The continuous analysis of orders regarding compliance with deadlines, costs and quality as well as the implementation of improvements and measures will challenge you.
• You develop the internal specification of the order based on contractual documents and customer specifications, from the offer to the implementation of the project.
• The specification of purchased system components and the clarification of interfaces with the relevant suppliers as well as the receipt of system components at the manufacturer's plant complete your area of responsibility.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration and very good communication between all internal and external parties involved up to the customer are particularly important to you.

\n\n\n-\n\n What you bring:

• You hold a degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification.
• In addition, you have several years of professional experience in project management in the mechanical and/or pharmaceutical industry. We also expect solid experience in managing escalation and risk projects.
• As a flexible and pragmatic person, you like to take responsibility, are autonomous and solution-oriented, and also appreciate the independent management of interdisciplinary project teams.
• You also stand out through a confident presence, strong communication and persuasion skills as well as entrepreneurial thinking and action.
• You speak fluent German and English in order to best advise and support your mainly international customers.
