You pay particular attention to the quality of your communication with residents and their loved ones. You actively contribute to the implementation and monitoring of individualized life projects, while ensuring respect for each person's choices and needs. You ensure basic care and technical acts required in an EMS framework. EXPECTED PROFILE You are a qualified nurse and have Swiss Red Cross recognition? You have acquired solid experience in geriatrics and now want to put your skills at the service of a human-sized structure, focused on the well-being of the elderly? You have at least two years of experience in care, ideally within an EMS in Switzerland. You are attentive, calm and benevolent, you know how to manage emergency situations with professionalism, and place human relationships at the heart of your practice. You like to work in a team, have excellent relational skills and are able to adapt with flexibility to the needs of the field.
