On behalf of a well-known and recognized company in the field of technical building installations, we are looking for an experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician.

Integrated within a large, solid, and well-established group, you will join a dynamic team composed of committed professionals and will benefit from a modern working environment as well as very good working conditions.

The position is based in a region ideally located between Lausanne and Fribourg, allowing for intervention in a varied geographic sector while maintaining an anchor point in a stable and organized structure.

As part of the development of its activities, our client wishes to strengthen its team with a technician capable of intervening autonomously on installations

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You intervene on various technical installations for professional and private clients, with the objective of guaranteeing their proper functioning, performance, and sustainability.

Your activity will focus mainly on the fields of Heating, Hydraulics, Heat Pumps, Biomass, Ventilation, and Regulation.

In this capacity, you will notably be required to:

• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance operations as well as troubleshooting interventions;
• Diagnose malfunctions, search for the origin of breakdowns, and carry out the necessary repairs;
• Intervene on heat pumps, boilers, biomass installations, and hydraulic systems;
• Perform maintenance, adjustment, and optimization work on equipment;
• Participate in the commissioning of new installations and their parameter setting;
• Occasionally carry out replacement or renovation work on various equipment and components: pumps, valves, circulators, water softeners, etc.;
• Intervene on ventilation and regulation installations as part of maintenance operations;
• Ensure the monitoring of installations in compliance with contracts and the company's quality standards;
• Participate in the on-call service according to a defined schedule;
• Advise clients and provide them with high-quality technical support during your interventions.

REQUIRED PROFILE

• Technical training in the field of heating, HVAC or maintenance (CFC or equivalent);
• Proven experience as an HVAC Maintenance Technician;
• Good knowledge of heating and hydraulics;
• Knowledge of biomass, ventilation and regulation;
• Autonomous, organized and rigorous;
• Good interpersonal skills and sense of customer service;
• Driver's license.
