As a Veterinary Advisor / Vet Advisor at Purina, your mission is to build strong veterinary advocacy and recommendation for the Pro Plan Veterinary and Pro Plan Maintenance ranges. You make a difference by working closely with veterinary practices as well as local Commercial and Brand teams to translate scientific evidence into practice-relevant protocols, training, and decisions. Building strong, trust-based collaborations with veterinarians. Every interaction is translated into clear next steps that accelerate the recommendation of Pro Plan ranges.
Translating veterinary science and clinical evidence into practical practice protocols and impactful training that influence nutritional decisions.
Profiling and prioritizing your practice area to deploy time and expertise where you can achieve the greatest impact on animal health and business success.
Jointly developing practice success plans with Champions and Key Opinion Leaders as well as coordinating relevant partners to accelerate adoption and loyalty.
Capturing field insights and customer needs in the CRM and converting them into next-best-actions as well as measurable results using dashboards.
Close coordination with the Commercial Team to enable category growth in practices through strong planning, consistent implementation, and continuous improvement.
What makes you successful

Bachelor's degree in veterinary medicine as well as sound knowledge in veterinary nutrition to confidently discuss clinical indications and recommend suitable solutions.
Strong presentation skills and the ability to conduct technical training.
Structured territory planning and stakeholder management to focus on the right practices, decision-makers, and influencers.
Cross-functional collaboration and a data-driven way of working - utilizing CRM insights to improve the quality of interaction and results.
Fluent communication in German and English; good French skills are an advantage.
