Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ Are you looking for an exceptionally independent and diverse field of work with flat hierarchical structures? Do you like to work in a solution-focused manner and with a lot of room for initiative and participation? Your tasks You implement the care process in close cooperation with the leading care specialist HF/FH for clients of all ages. You take on responsibility as a contact person and support relatives as needed. You ensure seamless documentation of the care process. If interested, you accompany and guide learners in their training process. You support the training of FaGe learners What distinguishes you You have completed training as a Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ or equivalent training with recognition and possibly already have Spitex experience. You are in possession of the Berufsbildnerausweis or are willing to complete it. You are service-oriented and like to work independently. You show high professionalism and calmness in challenging situations. You enjoy accompanying learners and possibly bring a recognized further education or are interested in completing one. You are in possession of a category B driver's license (Spitex car available).
