Lehmann & Partner Consulting AG is an independent insurance broker based in Bern. We develop optimal solutions in the areas of insurance, investments, and mortgages for our now over 3000 corporate and private clients. We are a young, innovative, and rapidly growing company and are looking for a committed personality as of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• You are the direct contact person for our mandate managers, partners, and clients
• You create and compare offers, identify differences, and thereby provide important decision-making bases for our mandate managers and clients
• You perform general commercial activities such as the recording and maintenance of our customer database
• You support us in the further expansion of our company

Your profile

• Professional experience in the insurance industry
• You are focused, enjoy taking responsibility, and act entrepreneurially
• Proficient German in spoken and written form, good English skills are of use
• You are a cheerful, reliable, and motivated personality
