Physiotherapist

Responsibilities ·        Ensure patient care according to a specific treatment plan in order to achieve objectives determined by the medical prescription, the assessment and diagnosis issued, including patient expectations. ·        Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of care protocols for adapted and effective care. ·        Actively collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient care and orientation. ·        Participate in prevention and patient education to improve their quality of life. Qualifications ·        Bachelor in physiotherapy / physiotherapist diploma or a title deemed equivalent. ·        Recognition by the Croix-Rouge for foreign diplomas (or to be requested). ·        Experience in physiotherapy, ideally in a hospital setting, would be an asset. ·        Good command of the French language. ·        Excellent organizational skills, sense of priorities and initiative. ·        Ability to react effectively in complex situations. ·        Excellent communication skills and empathy.
