Your tasks ##

• Shift responsibility in the absence of the store management as well as deputy
• Implementation of customer orientation and sales standards in our stores
• Support in personnel planning, personnel management, and store organization
• Merchandise disposition and merchandise presentation
• Cashier activities

Your profile ##

• Professional experience in sales or a similar environment
• Ideally completed vocational training in retail
• Flexibility regarding working hours (MO-SA between 05:00-22:00; early and/or late shift)
• Communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people
• High motivation, commitment, and resilience
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
