For an established company in the premium segment (service/project business), we are looking for a reliable personality for the commercial back office. In this role, you are the central hub in the order and project process and work closely with internal departments as well as external partners. Our offices are in Zug or Basel, home office is possible 1-2 days per week.

Job description ##

• Commercial processing of the entire order process in the ERP system (from order entry to project settlement)
• Coordination and clarification of administrative processes with internal and external interfaces
• Receipt of customer and service inquiries as well as structured further processing in the system
• Telephone and digital contact point for several locations as well as for customers and external partners
• Independent handling of organizational topics and versatile administrative matters

We expect ##

• Completed commercial basic training (EFZ)
• Several years of experience in a similar function, ideally in the construction/construction-related trades environment or project-oriented industries
• Very good German in speaking and writing, oral English skills, basic French knowledge is an advantage
• Confident handling of modern IT tools and ERP systems (SAP is an advantage)
• Customer and service-oriented, resilient, team player and structured
• Hands-on mentality: you roll up your sleeves, think along, and remain sovereign even with ad-hoc topics
