Junior Accountant / Junior Financial Analyst To strengthen our Finance & Administration department, we are looking for a motivated and rigorous Junior Accountant / Junior Financial Analyst wishing to develop their skills in the field of real estate and fund management. Directly attached to the Financial Director, you will participate in the accounting and financial management of several real estate funds and actively contribute to monitoring their performance. Your missions Ensure the accounting of real estate funds under the supervision of the Financial Director Take over and integrate the accounting transmitted by the real estate management companies Control the quality and consistency of the received accounting data Participate in the establishment of periodic and annual closures Prepare financial reports and analyses for the management and investors Contribute to the preparation of the financial statements of the real estate funds Participate in monitoring the treasury, liquidity and financial flows Ensure administrative and financial monitoring of bank financing Participate in the preparation of budgets, forecasts and performance analyses Collaborate in the continuous improvement of financial and administrative processes Your profile Training in accounting, finance or equivalent field First professional experience in accounting or finance, ideally in real estate or asset management, an asset Excellent command of French and good knowledge of German Good command of computer tools, particularly Excel Analytical mind, rigor and sense of organization Ability to work autonomously while collaborating closely with different stakeholders Marked interest in financial markets and real estate Application Send your CV and cover letter.
