Specialist in Facility Management EFZ

Your tasks: − Cleaning and maintaining the municipality-owned school buildings and outdoor facilities − Assistance with the deep cleaning of the school buildings − Care, operation and monitoring of the technical building systems (heating, ventilation, sanitary and other building technology facilities) − Execution of minor maintenance, repair and upkeep work − Control and care of the indoor and outdoor facilities − Collaboration at events as well as setting up rooms − Ensuring order, cleanliness and operational safety in the properties − Cooperation with external craft businesses and service providers − If required, collaboration in other areas of the construction administration Your profile: − Completed training as Fachmann/Fachfrau Betriebsunterhalt EFZ or a comparable manual/craft training − Technical understanding and experience in the operation and monitoring of building technology systems, manual dexterity and enjoyment of versatile tasks − Independent, reliable and responsible way of working − Friendly, helpful and service-oriented appearance − Ability to work in a team as well as flexibility and willingness to work outside of regular working hours if required − IT user knowledge is an advantage − Enjoyment of contact with students and teachers We offer: − A varied and responsible activity with a high degree of independence − A motivated and collegial team with short decision-making paths − Modern working conditions and attractive employment conditions − The opportunity to contribute ideas and actively help shape processes. − A workplace in a livable municipality with versatile tasks Further information will be gladly provided by Bauverwalterin Andrea Schär (Tel. 071 343 78 71).
