BauSpektrum AG has been a comprehensive total service provider in the fields of architecture, overall planning, general planning, construction management and engineering for 73 years. The range of services and competencies are constantly expanded according to changing needs. In the field of digital planning and execution methods, including facility management, we operate at the forefront - often as FIRST MOWER. A wide range of equipment, numerous digital tools, online project platforms as well as a sophisticated BIM application, situationally supported by VR/AR/MR as well as newly conceived, optimized workflows, help us to increase quality, efficiency and transparency. Due to this future-oriented way of working, we are regularly invited to specialist lectures and panel discussions. Circular economy, sustainability, energy, biodiversity and sponge city are important topics in today's building culture. These are pushed and implemented in our construction projects. BauSpektrum has the ambition to improve itself daily in order to be able to fluently cover the requirements of the future.
Our spectrum includes public buildings, tourism and sports facilities, hotel buildings, projects from the fields of industry, pharma, commerce, specialty markets and residential construction. New buildings, extensions and additions, conversions as well as intensive complete renovations are important elements in the project portfolio, as are listed buildings. The entire workflow in planning and on the construction site is highly visualized and digitized, which massively simplifies decision-making (understandability).

Support for construction management/site management (cost calculation, site management, site acceptance, warranty work)
