Machine Operator (m/f/d) ### Your Tasks ### • Manufacturing of specialized coils and external conductors on specialized and braiding machines • Independent setup, operation, and monitoring of production systems • Carrying out coil and material changes • Recognizing and rectifying system malfunctions as well as performing minor maintenance and upkeep work • Monitoring ongoing production processes and seamless documentation of relevant production data • Recognizing deviations and initiating suitable corrective measures • Collaboration in the recording of production data as well as in the continuous improvement of processes • Carrying out the prescribed autonomous maintenance work according to internal specifications • Use of the MES control system for order processing and production data recording • Ensuring a constantly high process and product quality Your Profile ### • Completed training as a Machine Operator EFZ or a basic mechanical training, for example as a production mechanic or polymechanic • Several years of professional experience in machine operation and length manufacturing; knowledge from cable production or comparable mechanical production areas is an advantage • Very good technical understanding and strong quality awareness • Precise, structured, and reliable way of working • High flexibility and willingness to be deployed in different production processes • Quick comprehension as well as an independent way of working • Team-oriented, resilient, and reliable personality • Very good German language skills in speaking and writing • Good PC user skills and experience with ERP systems • Willingness to work in three-shift operation We Offer ### • A varied activity in an internationally oriented industrial company • A professional and collegial working environment with a competent team • A modern, structured workplace in technical production • A clearly defined, presumably six-month fixed-term assignment • The opportunity to gain valuable experience in different technical production processes Would you like to use your technical knowledge in a modern production environment and are looking for a varied challenge?
