You will take over the management of this newly created area, shape the content strategy of the future, and develop innovative e-learning offerings with your team for over 500 organizations in the DACH region. Your working world at easylearm We are a leading provider of solutions in the field of digital knowledge transfer. More than 500,000 users from around 500 organizations continue their education with easylearm. The easylearm learning platform combines all instruments for sustainable corporate education under one roof; an important part of our services is also the provision of eLearning content. We develop individual e-learnings for our customers on a contract basis, develop standard courses, and provide high-quality e-learnings from international partner companies. Your area of responsibility You have the talent to understand the learning needs of companies and address them with the right solutions in the field of Learning Content. Your area of responsibility primarily includes: Management & Strategy: You lead the Learning Content Services team and further develop the content strategy in line with corporate goals. In doing so, you bundle all activities related to in-house and purchased e-learning content in one place Assortment & Partner Management: You are responsible for the range of standard courses, maintain partnerships with content providers, and develop them strategically Content Operations & Marketing: You control the operational implementation and management of the courses using suitable tools and work closely with Marketing and Sales for marketing Project Management: You take responsibility for quality, time, and goal achievement of all author projects and customer orders Hands-on Content Creation: You design and develop e-learnings yourself if required – from didactic consulting for customers and storyboarding to the use of multimedia elements What you bring to our team A completed degree or completed technical or commercial basic training with additional training in the field of mediamatics, web, graphics / design, communication or similar Leadership training or demonstrable several years of leadership experience in a comparable environment, e.g., at an LMS provider, an e-learning provider, or an eLearning agency Experience in commercially oriented functions (quotation, price definition, negotiations) Experience in adult education and in handling e-learning authoring tools is an advantage Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English is an advantage Digital understanding and a high affinity for software solutions Likeable and winning personality with strong communication skills and high customer orientation Quick comprehension as well as a structured and result-oriented way of working What we offer you for your success With us, you will meet a committed team, modern structures, and plenty of room to shape things.
