Share What awaits you? ## • Comprehensive, needs-based advice for customers, with a focus on residential construction financing and pension provision • Development of needs-based financing solutions taking into account the individual needs, wishes, goals and life situations of our customers • Creation of financing templates • Customer approach on the topics of investing and securing, with the goal of referral • Proactive, continuous support and development of your own client portfolio • Expansion of the existing client base through targeted acquisition of new customers • Referral of pension and estate planning as well as insurance • Targeted implementation of sales and market development measures and performance of representative tasks What do you bring with you? ## • Banking training and/or further education in banking and finance • Practical experience and sound specialist knowledge in the areas of financing, pension provision, investing and securing • Enjoyment of proactive customer contact • Open, communicative and uncomplicated interaction with customers • Sympathetic, confident and credible appearance • Solution-oriented negotiation skills with closing strength • Performance-oriented and flexible personality with a high degree of independence as well as teamwork skills • Networked in the region
