Operations Manager / Project Manager in Cleaning (m/f)

You are responsible for the coordination and deployment planning of the employees assigned to you. As a hub between the employees from special cleaning, maintenance cleaning, and our clients, you know how to recognize and fulfill needs.

Site inspections, customer contact, finding solutions on-site, and the constant change between working at the desk and outside the office at customers make this position a varied activity.

Activities:

• Leading several full-time and part-time employees
• Creating weekly schedules, ensuring day-to-day business
• Sales of special and maintenance cleaning
• Maintaining and expanding customer relationships
• Creating offers
• Taking over and handing over objects
• Order controls
• Timesheet and working time controls
• Preparing invoices
• Various administrative tasks

We wish for someone with:

• Training as a building cleaner or with relevant industry experience
• Leadership experience or at least initial experience in leading employees
• Good knowledge of the most common Office products
• Good German language skills for writing general correspondence
