Your tasks ###

• Independent processing and coordination of damage cases in the fleet area - from damage recording to final settlement in cooperation with insurance companies and service providers
• Creation and analysis of evaluations as well as examination and control of the settlements for the Streck-owned fleet (cars and trucks)
• Maintenance and updating of master data as well as examination and settlement of the internal company gas stations
• Monitoring compliance with legal and operational requirements in fleet and real estate management
• Central contact person for internal specialist departments, insurance companies and external service providers as well as coordination of the resulting coordination processes

Your profile ###

• Completed commercial training, ideally with relevant professional experience in fleet management, and/or in damage processing
• Sound knowledge in the administration and processing of insurance cases as well as ideally experience in fleet management
• Confident handling of common MS Office applications, especially Excel
• Strong organizational skills as well as a structured, careful and independent way of working
• Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and assertiveness in dealing with internal and external contact persons
• Ability to work in a team, reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
