You think in solutions, lead with clarity and ensure that technology, service and customer experience work seamlessly together. You take over the overall responsibility for the branch – operational, personnel and economic – and significantly shape its development. You lead around 20 employees, develop your team further and ensure that quality, efficiency and cooperation are in tune in day-to-day business. In doing so, you control sales, costs and results, initiate targeted measures and ensure consistently high service quality. At the same time, you are present in the market, maintain customer relationships, accompany sales and recognize new potential. As a central interface, you ensure clear structures, transparent communication and smooth processes. Your profile Technical or commercial training with a technical connection or studies (industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or business administration with a technical connection).
