Your tasks at the new employer:

• You take over the professional and personnel leadership of a dedicated finance team, promote the individual development of your employees, and ensure motivating cooperation
• With your specialist knowledge, you are responsible for the financial accounting including the general ledger as well as monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to OR and competently accompany the external audit
• You keep an eye on liquidity planning, create meaningful financial reports, and ensure the correct processing of fixed asset accounting as well as VAT settlements
• As a driving force, you optimize existing financial processes, contribute your ideas to cross-departmental projects, and support the digitalization of accounting as an SAP Key User

You offer your new employer:

• You have a commercial basic education with a focus on finance and accounting or bring comparable competencies thanks to many years of professional experience in financial accounting
• Further training as a specialist in finance and accounting with a federal diploma (eidgenössischem Fachausweis) or a comparable degree in the finance sector is an advantage
• Sound knowledge in accounting according to OR, in the general ledger, and in financial statements distinguishes you, ideally supplemented by experience with SAP, SAP FI, Excel, or comparable ERP systems
• With your open and uncomplicated manner, you inspire your team, communicate at eye level, and keep a cool head as well as the necessary humor even in hectic closing phases
