Diaconis operates the three business areas Living and Care in old age, Palliative Care and professional integration. Since its founding in 1844, Diaconis, as a non-profit organization, is committed to ensuring that people in fragile life situations are cared for, looked after and accompanied according to their needs. Our team includes around 300 employees at several locations in the city of Bern, Ostermundigen and Biel.

Our hotel services, consisting of service, gastronomy, cleaning and services, ensures with its experienced employees that the residents feel at home with us. We live service and thereby make people happy. With us, the residents as well as patients are at the center.

We are looking for as of 1 October 2026

an employee cleaning 70 - 80 %.

Your tasks with us:

• Professional cleaning of the various rooms
• Co-responsibility for the process and work organization
• Professional application of the various cleaning methods and implementation of the cleaning standards
• Careful and economical handling of cleaning agents, aids and devices

You bring the following:

• Professional experience in the cleaning industry, ideally in a nursing home or hospital
• Independent, efficient and careful way of working
• Joy in dealing with diverse people
• Good manners, well-groomed appearance
• Good oral German skills and good reading comprehension
