Senior IT Project Manager – SAP \& Digitalization Steering digital transformation, connecting processes, shaping the future Senior IT Project Manager – SAP \& Digitalization Our client For an established company with a complex process and IT landscape, we are looking for an experienced personality as a Senior IT Project Manager with sound SAP know-how. In this key position, you will take responsibility for demanding IT and digitalization projects and accompany them from conception to successful implementation. You will operate at the interface between business, internal ICT, and external technology and implementation partners, ensuring that functional requirements are converted into sustainable and future-proof IT solutions. In doing so, you combine strong project management competence with a good understanding of modern SAP, cloud, data, and integration architectures. Your area of responsibility IT Project Management: Planning, controlling, and successful implementation of demanding IT, digitalization, and transformation projects. SAP \& Business Applications: Support and further development of projects within a modern SAP system landscape. Business \& IT Alignment: Recording requirements from the specialist departments and translating these into viable technical solution concepts. Stakeholder Management: Coordination between specialist departments, internal ICT, external implementation partners, and other technology providers. Cloud \& Integration: Evaluation and integration of modern cloud, data, and integration solutions around the SAP ecosystem. Project Control: Ensuring quality, deadlines, costs, and agreed project goals. Risk Management: Early identification of project risks and active management of dependencies and challenges. Transformation: Active co-shaping of digitalization and optimization of existing business processes. Your profile University degree (Uni/FH) in business informatics, business administration, engineering, or a comparable education. Several years of experience in leading complex IT, digitalization, or transformation projects. Sound experience in the SAP environment as well as a good understanding of business processes and their digitalization. Practical experience with SAP, cloud, data, or integration solutions, for example SAP BTP, SAP RISE, Azure, AWS, APIs, or data platforms. Strong ability to connect functional and technical stakeholders. Structured, solution-oriented, and independent way of working. Confident appearance as well as strong communication and coordination skills. Very good German skills at least at C1 level. English and French skills are an advantage.
