Asset Manager - Thermal Assets (f/m) 80-100%
Profile
HES/EPF Engineer or equivalent training in the fields of energy, thermal, mechanical, or industrial engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in the operation, maintenance, or performance management of energy or industrial installations
Experience in thermal installations, biomass, district heating networks, or similar industrial processes, an asset
Confirmed experience in financial asset management and OPEX budget management
Solid skills in technical, economic, and energetic performance analysis
Proficiency in SAP, GMAO, Excel, and reporting tools
Knowledge of operational risk management and contractual management of service providers
Analytical mindset, results orientation, and ability to drive continuous improvement processes
Sense of organization, autonomy, interpersonal skills, and excellent command of French (English or German an asset)
Responsibilities
Develop, monitor, and control the OPEX budget of thermal assets
Ensure the monitoring of technical and economic performance of the installations under your responsibility
Identify performance deviations, perform root cause analyses, and define corrective action plans
Develop, drive, and monitor the annual maintenance plan for the installations
Optimize the availability, reliability, and yield of the installations
Ensure the monitoring of operational risks, define appropriate mitigation measures, and drive their implementation
Guarantee the regulatory and environmental compliance of the installations
Develop OPEX assumptions and ensure the monitoring of Business Plans for mature assets
Identify, prioritize, and implement continuous improvement actions
Ensure the monitoring of fuel quality and analyze its impact on installation performance
Coordinate interfaces with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
