Your tasks ##

• Independent responsibility and project management for the marketing of residential and commercial properties
• Development of creative offers for rental assignments. Location/market and property analyses in cooperation with the direct supervisor
• Advising clients (owners) and prospective tenants as well as conducting closing-oriented negotiations
• Creation of rental offers
• Development of individual use and expansion concepts for commercial spaces as well as advertising and marketing concepts
• Planning, creation, and commissioning of marketing measures and organization and implementation of marketing events
• Controlling/reporting of implemented measures and checking relevance and periodic rental reports / regular activity reporting to the clients
• Personal handover of terminations to tenants including pre- and post-care
• Assistance in the further development of the first-time letting business field
• Maintaining customer relationships and building new contacts for the acquisition of new mandates
• Functional leadership of the re-letting rental consultants Luzern

Your profile ##

• You have a completed KV apprenticeship or equivalent training
• You possess a federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis) as a real estate marketer or adequate further training in marketing
• You have several years of professional experience as a marketer in the real estate industry or as a real estate property manager
• You are a sales talent with strong persuasiveness and a pronounced service orientation
• You have a professional and competent appearance combined with winning manners
• You think and act entrepreneurially and maintain an independent and proactive way of working
• You bring an affinity for technology
• You have an interest in digital marketing and work tools and have the ability to actively support changes
• You can communicate fluently orally and in writing in German and English
