To strengthen our mechanics team, we are looking for you, an engaged personality with professional competence and heart. Immediately or by arrangement Polymechanic 80-100% Your tasks • Independent order processing from order confirmation • Procurement of materials and tools • Setting up, programming, and monitoring production on our CNC turning and milling machines • Active cooperation with employees in the sheltered workshop as well as participation in their promotion and technical guidance with a clear role model function • Carrying out customer transports as well as reliable delivery and collection of goods and materials • Participation in the training of apprentices up to EBA level • Cross-departmental cooperation to ensure a smooth workflow Requirements • Certificate of competency as a polymechanic • Several years of practical professional experience • Motivated, goal-oriented personality with an independent way of working • Joy in working with people with special needs and young people in training • Knowledge of the programming languages Siemens Dialog and Mazatrol (Mazak) is desirable, or the motivation to acquire them.
