For one of our clients, we are looking for a Construction Foreman for New Construction (m/f)

Your future tasks:

You will be responsible for conventional formwork work.
You will be responsible for reinforcement and concreting.
You will handle the formwork and stripping of walls, ceilings, and stairs.
You will be responsible for the concreting and compaction of the concrete.
Work distribution to each team member
Monitoring work progress
Leading the production meeting every morning
Reviewing the plans and preparing the work for the next day
Reviewing the daily hour reports
You will ensure that the applicable safety standards are complied with.
Your profile:

You have proven experience in the construction industry in Switzerland or abroad.
You have good German skills.
You are independent and versatile.
You have proven experience in team leadership.
You preferably have a completed apprenticeship as a mason, training as a foreman or site manager, or similar proof.
Ability to anticipate demanding situations and make quick decisions
Great organizational skills and sense of order Combination of team spirit and ability to act independently
