Management Controller (M/F) - permanent position

Your mission

On behalf of one of our clients based in Genève, we are looking for a Management Controller (M/F) for a permanent position. Integrated into the Finance function, you will actively participate in the management of the financial performance of an international group and its various entities. You will intervene notably on budgeting processes, financial forecasts as well as performance analysis and monitoring. Your main responsibilities: Manage budget processes, quarterly forecasts and CAPEX and coordinate their different stages; Analyze and challenge the financial data and forecasts transmitted by the different entities; Prepare consolidated summaries and prepare financial supports intended for management; Ensure monthly monitoring of financial and operational performance; Analyze variances between forecasts, budgets and actual results; Identify the main performance levers and propose improvement actions; Perform ad hoc financial analyses according to the needs of the organization; Formulate relevant recommendations based on the analyses carried out; Act as a Finance Business Partner to the financial interlocutors of the different entities; Participate in the harmonization of practices and ensure compliance with financial reporting processes and standards

Your profile

Higher education in economics, finance or accounting, or equivalent federal training in the field of finance and controlling; Minimum 5 years of experience in management controlling, ideally acquired within an international group or a large organization; Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, CAPEX, variance analysis and financial reporting; Very good knowledge of IFRS and/or GAAP accounting standards; Excellent mastery of financial ERP tools, notably SAP and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365; Advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel, notably complex functions and pivot tables; Ability to produce, interpret and present in-depth financial analyses; Perfect command of French and English, both spoken and written; Excellent analytical, synthesis and communication skills; Ease in interactions with different interlocutors and ability to adopt a Business Partner posture; Autonomy, rigor, organization and ability to be proactive; Team spirit and customer orientation; Experience acquired in an international industrial environment or in the luxury sector constitutes an asset
