L-OdA Santé Zurich and l-OdA Professions sociales Zurich, as cantonal vocational training associations, are responsible for the development of initial vocational training and tertiary level B in their respective sectors, as well as the promotion of young talents. In addition to intercompany courses (ÜK) in initial training, we offer continuing education in professional pedagogy and specialized exchanges, and we provide educational consultancy. In collaboration with the authorities and the examination commission 76 of the canton of Zürich, we assume tasks in the qualification procedure (QV) of the initial training Health and Social Assistant EBA.

We are looking for, starting 1 August 20271, a

Lead Expert Health and Social Assistant (CPEX AGS)

Your tasks:

• You are responsible for the implementation of the AGS qualification procedure, develop or update the QV operational documents and are responsible for quality assurance.
• You organize QV training and information sessions for exam candidates, in-company trainers and AGS exam experts.
• You are the interlocutor for QV questions from exam candidates, training companies, AGS exam experts and other bodies.
• You validate exam results and process appeals in accordance with cantonal directives.
• You assume interface functions (with other CPEX, the Office of Vocational and Secondary Education, the examination commission 76 and the two OdA) at the national or cantonal level.
• You take on replacement tasks as needed for the CPEX FaGe in case of absence.

You bring:

• A federal professional diploma in the health or social field, preferably at tertiary level (higher vocational training or university).
• Training as an exam expert and professional trainer or the willingness to follow the professional trainer course during the integration phase.
• At least 5 years of professional experience, including at least two years as an exam expert.
• Excellent knowledge of German, both spoken and written, high communication skills as well as a keen sense of responsibility for maintaining professional secrecy.
• Your reliability, your solution-oriented analytical thinking as well as your organizational and leadership skills allow you to appreciate collaboration with different interest groups.
• You can identify with an annual working time model (higher workload in the first semester).
