Work location: Bern (50% Remote Work possible) Workload: 80-100% Start: January 2027 or by arrangement Your tasks: You plan, lead and coordinate projects according to HERMES. You elicit functional needs and, together with the specialist departments on site, translate business requirements into ICT requirements. You analyze the overall contexts of the business processes in the specialist departments. You identify weaknesses and potential for improvement and develop solution proposals and decision-making bases. You lead and moderate workshops. You create and maintain the documentation required for operations. You work closely with architecture and service management.
