Construction Project Manager (m/f/d)

Introduction

For our client, a solid and established company in the construction industry, we are looking for a responsible and solution-oriented personality as a Construction Project Manager. In this role, you will take over the overall management of construction projects and ensure quality, deadlines, and costs across all phases.

Tasks

• Project responsibility from preparation/tendering through execution to acceptance and the warranty phase
• Planning, organization, and coordination of all project participants
• Schedule and cost control including risk/change management, contracts/addenda, and claim management
• Ensuring quality according to SIA standards as well as SUVA/HSE requirements
• Leading meetings, taking minutes, reporting to management/client; transparent reporting of KPIs
• Creating tenders/devis according to NPK, checking offers, and preparing awards
• Creating and managing schedules (e.g., MS Project/Primavera); construction site and resource planning in close coordination with construction management/foreman
• Process and cost optimization; active participation in digitalization/BIM and continuous improvement

Profile

• Completed education as a Civil Engineer FH/ETH, Architect FH, Technician HF Construction Management, or certified Construction Manager
• Several years of experience in project management
• Very good knowledge of SIA standards, NPK/Devis, construction processes, and construction administration
• Confidence in schedule/cost management, contract law, and addenda management
• Communicative, assertive, structured - with high quality standards and entrepreneurial thinking
• Very good German in speaking and writing
• Driver's license Cat.-B
