The Department of Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine is a professionally independent clinic. In addition to general pediatrics, including neonatology and intensive care medicine, we offer a wide spectrum of specialist consultations. To ensure everything runs smoothly, our inpatient secretariat ensures that all admissions and discharges are carefully planned, coordinated, and optimally synchronized.

These are your tasks ##

What you bring with you ##

• You plan and coordinate inpatient admissions and discharges and are the contact person for internal as well as external inquiries
• You create, correct, and send medical correspondence
• You perform your administrative tasks independently, including electronic archiving and scanning medical documents
• You actively contribute to process improvements (Lean Management)
• You have training as a medical secretary or are an MPA with corresponding professional experience
• Thanks to your PC affinity, you quickly familiarize yourself with new tools
• You work in a structured, careful manner and collaborate reliably in a team and communicate with style in German; other languages are a plus
• You are in use on fixed days and step in with commitment during holidays and substitutions
