As Nursing Management (PDL), you are the primary person responsible for technical and organizational matters in the nursing service. You lead the team, support the employees in everyday life, and ensure that care is implemented with high quality, safety, and correctness.
What you do with us:
You lead and support our nursing team in everyday life
You are the direct contact person for our certified nursing professionals
You lead the daily team meetings and coordinate the processes
You distribute tasks and ensure efficient working
You make technical and organizational decisions in the nursing area
You carry out needs assessments for new clients and assign them to the team
You review care planning, progress reports, and reassessments
You conduct quality and employee meetings
You assist with health insurance audits
You help with hiring and training new employees
: You lead the nursing service technically and organizationally together.
What you bring with you:
Degree as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH
Experience in Spitex or outpatient care is an advantage
Joy in leadership, organization, and teamwork
You can motivate people and communicate clearly
You work in a structured, responsible, and solution-oriented manner
You know Spitex software or will learn it
You are proficient in using a laptop and feel confident and comfortable using digital tools.
