Event and Promotion Officer – 80%

RadioFr. is looking for a dynamic person with excellent interpersonal and welcoming skills to join our team.

Your missions:

• Plan and organize events (festivals, fairs, trade fairs…) in connection with the objectives of RadioFr.
• Guarantee presence and reception during events, while ensuring the promotion of our brands.
• Manage partnerships and lead internal and external projects.
• Coordinate actions between the broadcast, the sales team, the technical service and other stakeholders.
• Supervise event logistics: registrations, signage, communication, speakers, assembly and disassembly.
• Develop and implement strategies to promote our events and ensure their visibility.
• Manage merchandising and visual merchandising.
• Organize visits to MEDIAparc and manage the premises.

Your profile:

• Completed basic training, interest in marketing, project management or strong motivation to commit to learning.
• Knowledge of social networks and ability to use them for professional purposes.
• , handy and willing.
• Comfortable with administrative tasks and IT tools.
• Of a positive nature with communicative energy.
• Native French speaker with good knowledge of German (or vice versa).
• Autonomous, organized, with good stress management.
• Flexible, ready to work in the evening and on weekends (possibility to recover overtime hours autonomously).
• Holder of a driver's license (category B).

Your challenge:

As Event and Promotion Officer, you will be on the front line to represent RadioFr. and Frapp on the Fribourg event scene. Whether for cultural, sporting or associative events, you will actively contribute to strengthening our presence and our image. Alongside the marketing manager, you will co-create the event strategy that will make RadioFr. shine.
