YOUR TASKS

• You accompany our residents, always with a view to their individual care needs and quality of life
• You regularly take over shift responsibility and maintain an overview of the department
• You carry out care and support measures and document them professionally; additionally, you contribute your knowledge specifically when classifying according to the RAI-/RUG system
• You carry out medical-technical tasks competently and pay attention to care and safety

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training as a Healthcare Professional (FaGe EFZ)
• Deep interest in the topic of Palliative Care
• You are a cheerful, empathetic personality with a team-oriented way of working
• Interest in the optimization of nursing processes and standards
• Openness to personal and professional growth
