What you achieve ##

• Processing of legal questions related to occupational retirement provision, foundation law and other areas of social insurance law as well as private law
• Preparation of statements and decision-making bases
• Contact with employers, insured persons, foundation boards and legal representatives as well as supervisory authorities
• Project collaboration also in the context of foundation management
• Drafting of legal documents and representation of Helvetia in settlement negotiations and court proceedings

What you bring ##

• University degree in law (lic. iur. or Master of Law)
• Specialist in personnel retirement planning with a federal certificate of expertise is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in the BVG sector
• Knowledge of general social insurance law (knowledge of insurance law and investment law is an advantage)
• High self-organization, reliability and team ability
• Strong analytical thinking
• Stylistically confident German in word and writing, good French and/or Italian language skills
