Head of PO Change Management

You will build and lead a change management team within the Production Organisation, focusing on the transfer of engineering to manufacturing changes.

Tasks

• Founding, building, and leading the Production Organisation Change Management team
• Development of the tool and process landscape for engineering-to-manufacturing change transfers
• Definition, training, and monitoring of group-wide effectivity governance with MSN, date, assembly
• Participation in the Design Organisation Change Review Board as a representative of the PO
• Representation of the PO in development, upgrade, and industrialization projects
• Building and further development of the Change Implementation Board governance
• Convening, preparing, leading, and moderating the CIB meeting

Profile

• Completed degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or comparable
• Several years of leadership experience or demonstrable competence in team development and motivation
• Several years of experience in Engineering and Production Management as well as in change management (CM2 standard)
• Experience in the aerospace, automotive, or mechanical engineering industry
• Process and methodology competence in change management
• Sound knowledge of PLM and ERP systems as well as experience with ERP-supported change management workflows
• Very good German and English skills at C1 level
