You will look in vain for classic supervisors with us.The OpportunityAs a Process Engineer, you will be working in the -Site Infrastructure Engineering- area or within the -First Net Zero Site- cluster. Depending on the focus, you will support the -Energien und Medien Basel- circle (Basel site) or the -Energien und Medien KAU- circle (Kaiseraugst site) in the reliable implementation and further development of our sustainable site, energy, and media systems.Your area of responsibility with a focus on the GMP environment:Operations Engineering & Project Management: Operations engineering in the area of infrastructure and energy production as well as in office, laboratory, and production buildings - primarily in the regulated GMP environment.Renovation and new construction projects for plant and media supply: Concept development, planning, implementation, and handover of complex plants for the supply and disposal of media (such as process water/wastewater, steam, heating/cooling media, process and technical gases) under strict compliance with GMP guidelines.Project Management: Responsibility as a project manager or specialist responsible for compliance with costs, deadlines, quality, and safety in investment projects (from the concept phase to qualification/validation in the GMP area).Interface Function: Analysis of internal customer needs, cooperation with internal departments, and leadership of external partners from planning to operation.Documentation: Professional maintenance of project and plant documentation including electronic archiving (Comos system) in accordance with regulatory documentation requirements.Culture & Network: Active participation in the self-organizing team, building and expanding a customer network, as well as contributing in the interest of the OneRoche thought.Who You AreYou appreciate working in a performance-oriented and agile environment that is characterized by mutual respect, discussion, and cooperation. You are a positively thinking, integral, and self-reflective personality with strong communication skills and leadership qualities in a project environment.What you bring with you:Education: Sound basic training with a completed degree in process, chemical, or utility engineering (FH/ETH).GMP Expertise (Focus): Demonstrable, sound experience in the GMP media area as a project manager, sub-project manager, or project engineer, as well as ideally experience as an operations engineer in a GMP environment.Way of working: Independent, team- and customer-oriented way of working with skill in dealing with people.Understanding of organization: Understanding and good orientation capability within an agile matrix organization.Languages: Fluent German skills in speaking and writing; good English skills are ideal.Ready for the next step?
