Construction Supervising Heating Fitter

Tasks:
Providing the infrastructure (assembly material, tools, workshop, break room, magazine, etc.)
Supporting the project managers, solving special assembly problems as well as continuous schedule monitoring
Ensuring efficient assembly through coordination with the project managers, warehouse keepers, and work organization
Ensuring and complying with occupational safety regulations and regular verification
Checking the current state of construction progress before and during assembly (timing, quantity, optimal resource use)
Building and maintaining sustainable and trustworthy relationships with clients, planners, construction managers, etc.

Profile:
Technical basic training in the field of Heating Fitter EFZ
Master Fitter federal diploma of higher education (if available)
Several years of experience in a similar function
Customer orientation, service awareness
Structured work design, good work organization
Teamwork skills, empathy
Assertiveness, decision-making ability
Driver's license B
