Your main tasks:
Maintaining client accounting
Preparation of interim and annual financial statements and accompanying audits
Preparation of VAT returns
Preparation of payroll accounts and statements, settlements with compensation funds and personal insurance companies
Processing of expense and credit card statements
Filling out tax returns for natural and legal persons
Checking tax assessments and invoices
Supporting activities in customer care, contact with external bodies, authorities and banks
Carrying out general administrative activities
Your professional profile:
Commercial basic training with further training as a fiduciary clerk or in finance and accounting with a federal professional diploma
At least 3 years of professional experience in accounting or fiduciary services
Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel
Open and team-oriented nature and you enjoy direct customer contact
Good German as well as English skills in spoken and written form
