To support our "Participation" department in the living area, we are looking for a

Social Educator HF/FH (60% - 80%) immediately or by agreement.

Your tasks:

• You take over the participation-oriented accompaniment of residents with physical disabilities.
• As a central contact person, you coordinate complex internal and external interfaces and ensure a smooth flow of information.
• You plan, control, and evaluate individual participation processes in the sense of functional health.
• You are responsible for pedagogical performance planning and ensure its implementation in an interdisciplinary setting.
• You design a supportive, appreciative accompaniment with a clear focus on self-determination, quality of life, and development opportunities.
• You actively contribute to case discussions, team processes, and the further development of our offers.

Your profile:

• Completed training in social pedagogy HF or FH.
• Experience in accompanying people with disabilities is an advantage.
• Pronounced coordination and communication skills.
• Security in dealing with complex relationship and interface situations.
• Structured, independent, and reliable working method as well as high sense of responsibility.
• Joy in interdisciplinary collaboration and in professional further development.
• Empathy, humor, and a resource-oriented attitude round off your profile.
