Production / Polymechanic 100% (a)

• Grinding on Microrex centerless grinding machines
• Profile rolling on Profiroll rolling machine
• CNC turning on multi-axis turning machines Doosan and Biglia
• Sawing raw material on Amada automatic saw
• Deep hole drilling on TIBO deep hole drilling machine
• General workshop work
• Independent setting up, operating and monitoring of the machine tools including measuring workpieces and creating CNC programs (CAM Topsolid7), test reports and setup documentation
• Training as Production / Polymechanic EFZ
• Several years of experience as Production / Polymechanic
• CNC programming experience; CAM is an advantage (TopSolid 7)
• Experience in machining technology
• PC skills, experience with ERP systems is an advantage
• Native German language
